Anne's work predominately involves producing strong, graphic and
emotional images of people. In 2001, Anne received the 'Accolade of
Photographic Mastery' from the Wedding and Portrait Photographers
International, WPPI, by virtue of her placement in contests. Anne
has studied under some of the most innovative photographers working
today, including Nevada Wier, Charles O'Rear, Paul Elledge, and
Barbara Bordnich. Anne realizes that to keep her photography alive
and vibrant, she must maintain a continuous process of discovery,
and regularly attends several seminars and workshops each year. Anne
stays active in the four most influential professional photographic
organizations, WPPI, PPA (Professional Photographers of America),
ASMP (The American Society of Media Photographers), and the Atlanta
chaper of APA (Advertising Photographers of America).
Anne brings a strong graphic design perspective to her photography. She studied
at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida and at The American College for
the Applied Arts in London, England. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree
in Visual Arts and Graphic Design. After several years as a graphic designer,
she became a professional photographer.
